Here we, waiting ... But with very high spirits after the very latest news. There is so little that, very nearly, that it is the beginning of the line final!
And, while we waited, a servant stopped smoking ... 25 years smoke. 25 years, almost for everything, has been with me a cigarette. 25 years on Sunday left behind ...
This is the good part of the intention, but BEING AWFUL! A week ago today, I went completely to zero, with help and with tons of gum in the bag (some days it hurts jaw!). I had to make changes in routines, there are many things that I can hardly do without a lit cigarette ... But here I am, will still intact, although making a Herculean effort!
And the acid test this week was yesterday: Garoinada with friends @ s, s leaders and comrades in a fantastic beach ... (The garoinada, pictured, are sea urchins). And I send my habits as smoking, just the food, which I think is better the environment: on the terrace, with smokers! Hehehe ... I passed with flying colors!
L @ s @ s ex-smoker told me a week left me very bad, until you meet 3 months, difficult and life you want to smoke another! :-( It is very encouraging ...

But despite the anxiety, although some day I will not hold nor I despite a night without sleep, despite ... I am proud every time I say no, do not smoke, you can ... And so, step by step, going beyond the days ... And while I'm entertaining saying NO to snuff, also happens to me better to wait!
