My physical change, having been in such a short time, is quite spectacular, especially for those who have not seen me at that time and, of course, I feel super well when someone looks at me and freaks out so much! Gives a good laugh when I try on the clothes of last winter, now we fit two inside! (Effect of diet: renewal of a wardrobe, a ruin! In spite of passing with the bare minimum in a few weeks because the clothes I was going big!). I am very proud and so consciousness as the first day, which is important not to relax, not abandon, no sin, do not get carried away by the relaxing vacation ...
